Hi,
Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed
that yt could not be built reproducibly as it includes a generated
file that has non-determinstic contents.
We shouldn't ship the .c file anyway - it is generated from a .pyx
anyway.
Patch attached.
