Hi,
The docs contain lines such as:

│ │ │ │ bash: line 1: todoman: command not found
This was found via the reproducible builds testing framework (as
this error message varies on the current locale).
(Naturally, fixing the root cause of the problem is the real fix
rather than forcing a locale!)
