What are the differences in file format / directory organizations that
are imposed by muse-el? Can I keep my (pretty large) repository of
emacs-wiki files or do I need to do much hacking?

elserv is the web server, and had a hook called elserv-wiki, which
used emacs-wiki as a backend and served web pages. I have quite a bit
of code using elserv, and it's nice to have some kind of transition.
