Using some tests that use python-gabbi failed with:

AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'Urllib3Interceptor'
python-gabbi in stretch depends on
python-wsgi-intercept (>= 1.0.0)
stretch has: 1.1.2-2
I tracked down that the Urllib3 support was introduced in 1.2.0

Please include at least 1.2.0 of python-wsgi-intercept in stretch and
depend on at least 1.2.0 for python-gabbi,
