I guess this should be added to the > dependencies? Thanks for your report. Actually a dependency is too strong, because Dynare works fine without epstool. A Recommends is better. Also, I will rather add the Recommends on octave itself, because epstool is used by the builtin print.m command (pretty much as pstoedit, which is already a Recommends of octave).
