Patch is attached. It would be nice for the -dbg packages to be symlinks to their respective packages, which would be safe because the -dbg packages depend on the non-dbg ones...but I couldn't figure out an easy way to handle both stretch2buster and buster_intermediary_version2buster_release, other than switching to dbgsym.
