We want to remove botan1.10 from testing, so yes, this warrants a serious 
severity, and it has only three r-depends:

1. monotone is dead (last upstream release 2011), we shouldn’t keep zombies in 
Debian

2. ovito is leaf package and ranked very low in popcon

3. qtcreator is a leaf package[a] and ranked high in popcon

So I think it’s quite appropriate to fill serious bug instantly, as it doesn’t 
affect half of the archive, but just two (one) package.

From quickly skimming the Botan usage in qtcreator, I think it might be quite 
easy to use botan 2.x in QtCreator.  It’s just only a matter of somebody 
packaging it (and afaik our conversation will reset the auto-RM timer)...
