Is it packaged in Debian? Sorry, no. I'd consider packaging it if I knew how to find its upstream. Top Icons Plus is a fork of TopTray, which is a fork of a version of Top Icons by Adel Gadllah that is no longer available. I don't know whether Adel Gaddlah is still maintaining the original, or whether someone else is now uploading it to extensions.gnome.org. smcv
