If perl works like all the other languages that use GObject Introspection, then libgtk3-webkit2-perl should depend on gir1.2-webkit2-4.0 instead of depending on the -dev package.
Please fix this unless you have a good reason why you think this package needs the -dev package. Thanks, Jeremy Bicha
