I have had more of those recently:
Sample:
/etc/logcheck/ignore.d.paranoid
/etc/logcheck/ignore.d.workstation
/etc/pkcs11
/etc/pkcs11/modules
The files inside those directories are listed OK
and doesn't come up in cruft-ng output.
I'm adding an heuristic only for the files in /etc in latest release.
dpkg treats /etc differently from the rest,
for the files in /usr the individual packages should be fixed.
