I've prepared an NMU for liblqr (versioned as 0.4.2-2.1). I uploaded it to DELAYED/15, despite you being in the lowNMU list, due to some other unrelated extensive changes I did to the packaging; in short I totally rewrote d/rules to use the dh sequencer.
