It might have been a waste of time but it is not wrong. gnome-python and pyorbit will probably be removed from Testing this coming week. We'd sure like to remove them from Unstable too (which will automatically close this bug) but that will probably take several months because there is a bunch of unmaintained dependencies and the Debian process to remove "maintained" packages is probably as slow as the process to remove Uploaders!
