libart-2.0-dev is a deprecated and unmtaintained library that the Debian GNOME team aims to remove from Debian before the Buster release. libjuce-dev was removed from Debian last month. Please remove both of these recommends from multimedia-devel. It is my understanding that it is RC for a package to recommend removed libraries because it will keep unmaintained libraries from being autoremoved. Thanks, Jeremy Bicha
