As announced [1], we do not intend to release Debian 10 "Buster" with the old libgnome (and related) libraries. These libraries have been deprecated and unmaintained for several years. It looks like kino has a few unnecessary Build-Depends. You can help by dropping the Build-Depends on libgnome2-dev and libgnomeui-dev. (I'm not actually attaching a patch because this seems trivial enough to not need a patch.)
