Dear Maintainer,
docker-credential-secretservice invocation fail if no gnome-keyring
is installed:
$ docker-credential-secretservice list

Installing gnome-keyring fixes the problem. This is also in part tracked
in this related ticket: https://github.com/moby/moby/issues/34048
