I'm looking at the following files: /usr/lib/R/site-library/RCurl/CurlSSL/ca-bundle.crt /usr/lib/R/site-library/RCurl/CurlSSL/cacert.pem /usr/lib/R/site-library/RCurl/CurlSSL/certs /usr/lib/R/site-library/RCurl/CurlSSL/certs.pem /usr/lib/R/site-library/RCurl/CurlSSL/cybertrust.pem /usr/lib/R/site-library/RCurl/CurlSSL/google.pem /usr/lib/R/site-library/RCurl/CurlSSL/myBundle.crt /usr/lib/R/site-library/RCurl/CurlSSL/server.pem /usr/lib/R/site-library/RCurl/CurlSSL/statEth.pem /usr/lib/R/site-library/RCurl/etc/ca-bundle.crt At least the following files: /usr/lib/R/site-library/RCurl/CurlSSL/certs /usr/lib/R/site-library/RCurl/etc/ca-bundle.crt /usr/lib/R/site-library/RCurl/CurlSSL/certs.pem Are mostly a duplicate of /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt I'm not sure what the others are used for.
