Hi, now that "#268418: PTS: Please make latest news pages have static URLs" is closed, who-uploads is broken (well, not entirely, there are old .html left around but they'll be removed soon). You can get a list of news by simply browsing http://packages.qa.debian.org/$hash/$package/news/ and rely on mod_autoindex
