Package: apt-cacher-ng
Version: 2-2
Severity: normal

Hi Edward! Recently (maybe undetected since I switched to stretch due to
various reasons) I've found:

Err:3 https://deb.debian.org/debian unstable Release

Reading from proxy failed - read (115: Operation now in progress)
Err:4 https://deb.debian.org/debian testing Release

Reading from proxy failed - read (115: Operation now in progress)

If I use plan http instead of https it works.

As extra info the machine showing the issue is using squid-deb-proxy-client to
detect acng.
I'll try next removing it and setting the proxy by hand.
