Fis-gtm Build-Depends: libconfig-dev | libconfig8-dev.
In how far is it serious to drop the second alternative?

[amul] GT.M works fine with the latest libconfig. There is no need to include
the transitional package. I will make the necessary changes to the fis-gtm
package control file.
