Ok, second attempt. Only a few notes:
* redis-server isn't installable, it should be
* the start in postinst fails - for what reasons ever, nothing of any
interest at this point - but that make the package uninstallable
* it is a known problem - ok, not so much Stephan Graber or you can do
right now
* it turns out that it is a problem of the service or systemd - even
here it is not a problem
* there is a temporary "solution" - using the old init scripts which
still work as expected

So the situation right now is: redis-server don't start and apt is
messed up, not the best outcome. I would prefer if the package installs
- even if the server don't work afterwards. Not less, not more. The bug
in the service or in systemd is something completly different and should
be handled in a separated bug. And if the "workaround" is to use
systemd-sysv and the old init scripts, why not, as it is a test
installation in my case.
