Hi,

Presumably due to the "escaped" colon, gbp dch can't find the right
version to generate the changelog from. For example:

% gbp dch -R
gbp:error: Version 1:1.11.7-1 not found

% gbp dch -R --since=debian/1%1.11.6-2
%
