Hi,
The following command always fail for me:
vncviewer 172.16.1.1:0
It does not produce any relevant error message (even if I try it
against host not running any vnc server).
However, this works:
strace -o /dev/null vncviewer 172.16.1.1:0
I suspect there is a race condition in vncviewer.
