You most likely configured reportbug to use your smarthost, but didn't add valid credentials for reportbug to use (smtpuser/smtppasswd config options). So when you try to send the report, your smarthost (mail.rolamasao.org) rejected the mail. I think it is safe to close this report, feel free to reopen if you encounter the issue again.
