Okay, so the question boils down to: Why are you complaining that it
doesn't support binary-all builds when you explicitly specify
--binary-arch? :P
I also think your debian/rules is busted, if it doesn't build with
'-B' option set AND Build-Depends-Indep is not installed. Please read
dpkg-buildpackage manpage and the Debian Policy for references.
