Bug#879255: digikam: HTML export tool missing from tools menu

Due to another problem (to be fixed in 5.8.0) updates in the UI do not
take effect under certain circumstances. Please try the following and
let me know whether it worked:
Stop digikam, delete (move) ~/.local/share/kxmlgui5/digikam and restart it.
