Well, I know current apt-proxy isn't in good shape.

I'm really not active on it as I wish but I try to have it working as
possible. Like you probably did, I sent a mail to this bug explaining
that I hadn't time to work on it like I wish as Chris too.

Currently, Chris is the main developer of it but he also lack the need
time for it.
