Well, it's not exactly that case, as the original +b2 upload was made in unstable after the stretch release, whereas the bug you mentioned relates to wanna-build not exposing the fact that binNMU versions exist /in stretch/. This case is more that dak has no idea that the previous (now superseded) binNMU is unstable existed, so accepts the files for the new version into the archive. The issue with libselinux was also reported as #876633, and I've scheduled +b3 builds for that. Regards, Adam
