Hi,
If you experience your scanner to be found only as root as I am
experiencing in
buster, just create /etc/udev/rules.d/60-libsane.rules with the
following line:
ATTRS{idVendor}=="04a9", ATTRS{idProduct}=="190e",
ENV{libsane_matched}="yes"
It is a transitional step before the package fixing
/lib/udev/rules.d/60-libsane.rules
to go to testing.
