This looks like an old version of libfreetype.so.6 lying around somewhere in the library search path (e.g. /usr/local/lib). Could you please confirm that by running ldd -r /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libQt5XcbQpa.so.5 and checking where the used libfreetype.so.5 is coming from?
