Package: libxapian30 Version: 1.4.4-2 Severity: wishlist
Currently my notmuch build log is full of warnings about the fact that the libxapian was built with g++ 6.3.0. There seems to be no ill effects (at least that I found) from compiling/linking with g++ 7.1, but the warnings from Xapian do tend to hide other more important warnings. -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (900, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 4.11.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_CA.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_CA.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_CA:en (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages libxapian30 depends on: ii libc6 2.24-14 ii libgcc1 1:7.2.0-1 ii libstdc++6 7.2.0-1 ii libuuid1 2.29.2-2 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.8.dfsg-5 libxapian30 recommends no packages.
