Package: g++-6 Version: 6.3.0-18 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate *** * What led up to the situation? I have upgraded from Jessie-8.1 to Stretch-9.1. While upgradation I left the compiler options to default thereby not making any change in the settings while upgradation. The upgradation went well, all packages are working fine, but g++ compilation throws error as mentioned in the subject. I have compiled the same *.cpp codes with intel icc compiler and no problems. I am having trouble compiling and upgrading OpenFOAM from 2.4 to 4.1 as the /.makeCmake throws the error. Even the earlier compiled version OpenFOAM-2.4 throws trouble for blockMesh. *.cpp codes for * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? * What was the outcome of this action? * What outcome did you expect instead? *** End of the template - remove these template lines *** -- System Information: Debian Release: 9.1 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.9.0-3-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_IN, LC_CTYPE=en_IN (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_IN:en (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages g++-6 depends on: ii gcc-6 6.3.0-18 ii gcc-6-base 6.3.0-18 ii libc6 2.24-11+deb9u1 ii libgmp10 2:6.1.2+dfsg-1 ii libisl15 0.18-1 ii libmpc3 1.0.3-1+b2 ii libmpfr4 3.1.5-1 ii libstdc++-6-dev 6.3.0-18 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.8.dfsg-5 g++-6 recommends no packages.
