Package: git Version: 1:2.13.3-1 While waiting for #827292 the situation IMHO actually regressed as the file is not there anymore. Apparently users are now expected to run `make` in /usr/share/doc/git/contrib/diff-highlight to obtain the binary again.
Please run make as part of the package build and restore the file
