Thanks! This indeed fixed accessing weborf-served directory indexes
with my Kobo Aura H20 e-book reader. :-)
And also thanks for implementing my suggestion to just prepend
"::ffff:" to IPv4 addresses if weborf is compiled with IPv6 support!
Makes using weborf much more "do what I mean". :-)
