I think there are two way to fix it: 1. add a dependency to libuim-utils on libuim-data, it should be prohibit such installation order. 2. add uim-utils.posinst and invoke uim-module-manager when there are no *scm files in /var/lib/uim Which is the best way? I don't know the such situation libuim-data without uim-utils is required for anyone or not.
