Self built. ipw2100 is part of the kernel since 2.6.12 IIRC. And the
-source-Package in unstable is the same version as the driver in the
2.6.15 kernel.

-D ipw is even worse, it doesn't even associate with the AP.  The
problem with -D ipw is the same as in the original report.

IIRC ipw2200 is far better than ipw2100. I don't have one myself, but
from what I heard on various lists it works better.
