Please decruft arch:all packages libethdev4 librte-cryptodev1 librte- eal2 from unstable. They are no longer built. I believe they are causing DPDK's migration to be held back, although it's a bit confusingly citing architectures that have never been targeted by this package: https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=dpdk Thanks!
