Speaking about missing dependencies, it should probably also depend on php-curl:
$ sudo apt install arcanist $ arc PHP CONFIGURATION ERRORS You need to install the cURL PHP extension, with 'apt-get install php-curl'. I did that, and it works afterwards. Paolo
