I've uploaded libpam-ldap 186-3.1 to DELAYED/5:
  
libpam-ldap (186-3.1) unstable; urgency=medium
  
  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Install /usr/share/pam-configs/ldap
    needed for pam-auth-update. (Closes: #863201)
