I am updating it now, but I am not clear about copyright holder of Files debian/*. Could you please guide me how I should define this. This will help me a lot in future. As I see in copyright of libz-mingw-w64, Copyright of debian/* is set to maintainer. Are there any rules or policies about this and where should I look for the information about debian/* copyright holder name?
