I had been copying from the menu, but typing C-x x also segfaults.
It dies on the very first attempt to copy something.
What I was doing just now, in more detail:
Running tkgate from a shell.
It shows the little splash screen, and prints:
TKGate 1.8.6 - Digital Circuit Editor and Simulator (released Apr 29 2005)
[Compiled Jan 20 2006 15:41:12]
Copyright (C) 1987-2005 by Jeffery P. Hansen
TKGate comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY; see 'Help...License' menu
for license and warranty details. Report problems to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
and then goes on to show the intro circuit.
I then click on something, (the binary adder for example, but everything
I've tried does the same)
Then I type C-x x, or use the menu, and:
Attempting to save circuit in file 'PANIC.v'...
Panic save completed.
Aborted (core dumped)
It's possible it's a bug in tk, as I don't really use any tk
programs.
Note that it works fine on my PeeCee. (other than not being able to zoom
out enough for the lower resolution)
I doubt it's this hardware specific, but I'm using a DPWS 433au, EV56 with
2MB L3 cache.
I can test on an AlphaStation 500/333 later on.
