Ah, the diff looked strange at first, but since dh_makeshlibs -V is used in src:espeak, that's why we get only the upstream version in the shlibs file and in generated dependencies (except for libespeak-dev itself which has a hard dependency on its specific version). No objections, thanks. KiBi.
