Package: lirc
Version: 0.7.2-2
After installing the new "lirc" package I got this in the shell:
$ lircd --driver=help
Driver `help' not supported.
Supported drivers:
null
$
I suggest that the package was compiled without hardware support,
because the lirc modules are loaded and the program "mode2"
works fine.
I am using Debian etch, kernel 2.4.27 and libc6 2.3.5-8
with self-compiled lirc kernel modules.
