sid is less strict tested than sid-strict, they are not subsets in the sense
that sid contains exactly the same packages as sid-strict.
the failures in sid should be a subset of those in sid-strict however.
(sid-strict also contains failures due to left over files after purge, which
are non RC bugs.)
