I was building kernel_headers from new kernel tree 4.10. fakeroot make-kpkg --jobs=8 --initrd --revision=1.0custom kernel_headers install -p -o root -g root -m 644 REPORTING-BUGS /home/xxx/tmp/linux-4.10/debian/linux-headers-4.10.0/usr/share/doc/linux- headers-4.10.0/ install: ha fallat stat() sobre «REPORTING-BUGS»: El fitxer o directori no existeix (translation: stat() failed on «REPORTING-BUGS»: file or folder does not exist. As a temporary solution I copied file from previous kernel source tree linux-4.9.11 into linux-4.10 and kernel_headers could build but the correct way to solve is linking make-kpkg to the new related file under source tree: Documentation/admin-guide/reporting-bugs.rst Just to inform.
