thanks for carry on the Thunderbird de-branding after the first upload. Christoph and myself already started the last days to change the wrapper into the desired behavior of using a smlinked ~/.thunderbird if there is ~/.icedove folder already there. We have split of the existing wrapper script into a extra additional helper which is holding the extra stuff to keep the wrapper script small as possible in the between time. So you patch isn't currently appliable but still useful. We will pick up some parts into the current work. We still need to decide the fine rules for getting things done automatically or needed interaction from the user. Regards Carsten
