A vm was initializing the file system on a thin-provisioned qcow2 disk when the bug occurred. * What was the outcome of this action? The OCFS2 disk locked and was unusable by anything until a forced reboot. In similar situations, the virtual disk of vm's can become corrupted. * What outcome did you expect instead?
