Package: needrestart Severity: important Please add the systemd service rc-local.service to the list of services that are ignored by default. rc-local.service just runs /etc/rc.local and there is no official interface to that and no guarantees about how it behaves other than running once at boot time. In practice, restarting rc-local.service will have all sorts of weird effects that we should not expose users to by default.
