We are doing the same thing: Providing Debian users with udev rules for JTAG adaptors. Things that we both should avoid: * conflicting udev rules * conflicting packages Thing that I want to accomplies: * a Debian package with udev rules that both OpenOCD and UrJTAG can use. Questions: * What is your opinion of this idea? * What would be a proper package name? * What do you think of proposal: 'jtag-adaptors-udev-rules'? * Would you take patches against openocd that places contrib/99-openocd.rules in a seperate package? * Could/would you please keep [email protected] in the loop?
