Which problem? That page reports more than one. Please be more decriptive in your bug reports; pages you link to might disappear. If you mean the "Bad page state at free_hot_cold_page" error, you need the patch that Norbert applied in his NMU of fglrx-driver. It's also on the page you link to, although buried in a longer patch.
