Package: chocolate-doom Version: 2.3.0-1 Severity: normal Since merging the package back, Andrew's message below has taken effect. I think the quake packages have some solution to provide feedback if you don't have the right data installed to run one of the engines. It might be worth us taking a closer look at their solution. It might be as simple as a stanza in the .desktop file(s) that means they don't appear if /usr/share/games/doom/heretic.wad doesn't exist.
